Avoid Buyer and Seller Broker Administration Fees
Avoid paying broker administration fees on top of commissions when using Lori Johnson as your Realtor with NFP Real Estate Services. Many real estate companies charge buyers and sellers a broker admin fee ranging from $100 to $400 per client transaction. This fee is charged at the time of closing on the HUD settlement statement. I am pleased to announce that I waive the broker administration fee for my clients to help save on their transaction costs.
